This PR resolves issue#23

A Background component is added, which changes the background of the app according to the weather fetched for the particular location.
Corresponding css has also been added in App.css file
The video clips corresponding to various weather conditions are added to assets folder

@marcnjaramillo I was able to resolve the issues I was facing yesterday. Everything is working fine now and the changes arent creating any conflicts with the main
