Adding google translator to make app more accessible. #39

We would be using Google API to convert the whole content of the website to the preferred selected language by the user, and we would make sure that on refreshing the website the language would not change, Probably a language Translation.

Used a google translator APi (GTTS) to give the app an multi-lingual feature.
