This is the most BASIC functionality and layout for this page. We will be implementing the correct design theme with CSS when we merge it in dev with menu_bar. Here is what it will eventually look like (right now it is more like a skeleton of this):

• Do you think the layout should be different?
• Is the code written okay? Should it be written differently?
• Other suggestions/criticisms?

Might make the text more linear depending on how it looks with the descriptions. I'll probably try it out in different ways. I didn't think about descriptions when I made the layout so.

Alright. I'm going to save this pull request for when menu_bar is finished. That way we can grab the CSS from menu_bar when it is complete and then work on the CSS for the hobbies page.
