Implemented React Native Navigation, added the following most commonly used ways of navigation:

Push Screen: Used Navigation.push method to implement a push screen button that helps to navigate us to the next screen
Modal Screen: Attached the navigation openModal method with a button in the home screen that is an alternative way to push a screen with slide up animation.
