I've added a section on activities that hackathon organizers can run to help participants come up with ideas for hacks and make steady progress throughout the event. This addresses issue #68.
Activities this section will describe:
[x] Brainstorming workshop
[x] Pitch session
[x] Check-in meeting
I've been avoiding the term ideation, which is often used in literature about design thinking, because I think it's a distasteful and overused buzzword.
I also noticed that there's already a (possibly draft) section on Localhost workshops that seems related to this PR, so I moved to Organizer Resources and added it to the table of contents.
