Glad you're interested, @sgbaird ! We'll be happy to help you if you'd like to contribute. These series of notebooks are me trying out as a friendly internal user 😄

I thought it was good, overall, though there are some friction points we're working on:

• Write functions to help create large metadata objects: https://github.com/MLMI2-CSSI/foundry/issues/264
• HTTPS upload. @ascourtas is almost done with this one: https://github.com/MLMI2-CSSI/foundry/pulls
• A test mode so we can submit before: https://github.com/MLMI2-CSSI/foundry/issues/282
