I have added a folder for REACT. #11

I have added a folder for REACT and in that I have added a simple project built in react. I also added a short readme for my Project and updated the main Readme (adding myself in contributer list).

I would recommend committing more useful code or working on readme files for people who don't have one available in their repo and completing a total of 4 pull requests. Your code was merged with the main repository you can check yourself there you will be listed as a contributor in the main readme
