admin: way to see a user's comments all interfiled #555

This should probably be admin-only but in case a user starts having issues on the site, a way to see all their comments to get a timeline of their activity on the site.

Would this be a straight up dump of comments by that user in chronological order? Without any other users' replies or post context in between.

Or would you need to see that user's comments in context, grouped by post? Same as on their conversations page.

probably grouped by post, maybe with that user's posts highlighted in like a pale yellow or something.

Basically the use case is: someone reports a user for doing something weird. We have no way to see if they're strafing other people's posts with weirdness and it would be good to have an "at a glance" way to do this.
