If I can determine the reader's country, we could apply a CSS class to the body to condition this. Preference for class name? I suppose that would have to be updated in the patterns repo as well.
I love it!
@bradchoate given the tight turnaround on this for now I would just edit the style
attribute to add display:none
if the user is outside the US. That said, since the focus shifted to encouraging users to post under the #IVoted tag, I think that could apply to non-US people, so personally I'm less concerned about restricting it to US users.
I love this. If I make a little branded svg icon for this, do you need it? It will take me a sec.
Like this quick: https://www.dropbox.com/t/OS2oUJYEpnO2m2l7 ...that's a png and a svg.

Is there any way we can include this thing!?
Where is the "ugly cry I love it so much" emoji??
Hello, macmanx recommended I comment on GitHub, a website with which I have no familiarity rather than on MLTSHP, the website I use every day, so here I am.
I don't like this, please remove it.
@spaceninja Now that its live... Can we mltshp this up a little more? Maybe change the orange text to the same pink that is in the 'new post' button? Also, if its possible to move the mltshp flag icon closer to the copy when its on desktop mode that would be cool too.
This PR adds a banner to the top of the site encouraging users to vote and post using the #IVoted tag.
