API does not indicate membership level #696

On MLTSHP.com, double-scoop/premium members have a little "+" icon next to their name. This membership level information is not included in the user object in the API.

Suggestion: Add the following to the user object:

pro - flag indicating whether the user has upgraded their account

Note, this should be included in the abbreviated user object some endpoints return, because we always want to display this.
