Embedded videos play fine in the page. However, clicking the "watch on youtube" link opens a new page with the following:
www.youtube.com is blocked www.youtube.com refused to connect. ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE
Likely related to https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40275209 and possibly fixed by adding allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox to the embed iframe.
