Luke 11:31 needs italicized word for better grammar? #16

Luke 11:31:

The queen of the south will arisen up with the men of this generation in the judgment, and will condemn them, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, more-than Solomon is here.

Should "will arisen" be changed to "will have arisen"?

Matthew 17:23 has "will arisen" as well.

With the idea that you can ADD italicized words or punctuation how would you like it to read?

Not any of our business, but we have been trying to do a little tracking this year:

How did you find out about the MLV? How big is your congregation? Do they know of and use the MLV? Is the MLV used in the bible studies & sermons? Do you use the MLV e-Sword modules?

Do you have the MLV on your smart phone?
