Update documentation #28

Once we remove the dependency on Prototype, we will need new conventions for 
documenting classes, methods, and properties. The task is to devise such 
conventions and then migrate to them, updating the content of the documentation 
(to reflect changes in the system) in the process.

We need not only better reference documentation but some materials for new 
clients: tutorials, examples, etc. A nice Wordpress blog with 
syntax-highlighted listings wouldn't hurt.

This is priority #1 in preparation for public consumption.
