Backend Logic Apps and Functions in another subscription cannot be exported #127

The template generator assumes that Logic Apps and Functions are always in the same subscription as the APIM instance. In the portal you can select any Function and Logic App that you have access to.

The template fills in subscription().subscriptionId but should generate a parameter
