How to generate the Opa documentation #184

Hello. Since the documentation website is down, I wonder if I can generate it from source. It seems that opadoc is used for the documentation, but I cannot find it. How can I generate the Opa documentation from the source files ? Thanks.

Due to legal restrictions, the opadoc generator is not open source as of now. I will keep pursuing the issue.
