[Feature Request] Background for favourites drawer on homepage #628

The favourite widget already appears by default in a box with a solid background colour in the widgets section. I'd be nice if we got the option to add the same to the favourites list on the homepage itself (below the clock). Would be particularly useful for icon packs like Arcticons that are line based and may get lost in the background.

I don't know if I fully understand what you're requesting. However, what I think you're asking already exists.

If this is what you refer to, you can change the card appearance in settings.

Settings > Appearance > Cards

I mean how you can get your main favourites right underneath the clock through its settings. I think what you are showing is instead the favourites widget proper. But in relation to that, I'm referring to getting the option for those favourites underneath the clock to show up inside a card.

Thanks for the clarification and I understand what you're describing now. Your question and questions for several others in recent months pushed me to look a bit more and I created a new issue. Look at #631.

Even though I've been using kvaesitso almost since the repository and an APK was public, I don't quite understand the favourites. They don't quite work as I expect or at least imagine them to.
