Bring back tags at bottom #921

In app version 1.31.1 the tags were at the bottom, below the favourites. I really liked that and found it very convenient and visually better.

Is there any way to make this a toggled feature to allow users to choose for themselves?

I support this! I think for people that have the searchbar at the bottom, it is more convenient since the tags are closer to the the thumb.
