Use the fancy new build tool #8

I've double-checked all the translation keys that the build tool produces against v2.5 of the resource pack, and they're all present and correct. I also double-checked the en_us and en_gb languages against each other.

MC-226484 was the only missing bug. I've added it in commit 2628a0625956b1e38c872d89bf8ce0b2f7aa2a18.
