The front end application will be written on ReactJS + TypeScript + Material UI

Project scaffold is required for week 1

For phase 1 specifically, the user should be able to do the following:

• CRUD inventory lists
• CRUD inventory items
• View items and lists

For phase 2, we will introduce a user component for registration
