Changing name of layer breaks comboboxes #12

Comboboxes don't refresh on changing the name of a layer. Not sure how to fix at the moment.

In my PR early this morning, I already included new changes so that each output layer will have a more readable name, so we can assume the users do not need to change the layer name (at least for this version). so, this bug might be minor for the moment and we can fix that in future versions.

I agree, i just wanted to note it down for completeness' sake so there's no way we forget.

yes, totally agree. Very good! We should show this to our group this week in our group meeting and let others to start practicing issue tracking on Github.
