4 years ago Tbh i'm facing same problem, since i set it up in August, it was kind of working ( i haven't been using it that much either), but right now, i can't finish entire probing without probe crashing, not extending and stuff like that.
I was trying to recompile this 1.1.9 firmware, even swap to 2.0 with all of the recommended settings, nothing is fixing the issue - not sure, where can be a problem: something with software, or maybe like soldering is not that good as it used to be (i'm gonna check it), problems with probe...
Answering to your question about Trigorilla 1.1 - yea, this can be in another line, doesn't really matter since like overall line is correct.
Hello, I have AnyCubic Mega S . I have been using your 'Marlin-Ai3M BLtouch' for many months. I have installed the genuine BLtouch bought within Seoul city of South Korea and have compiled 1.1.9 firmware through your Marlin files many months ago and it worked fine Until today, I re-flashed the firmware but unfortunaletly, BLtouch bed sensor stopped working. Now here it is: after I reflashed it, and switched it on, I could see BLtouch didn't flash blue light first but the rod from it extended and retracted in the beginning then RED lighted up. Then, I went through printer option, and selected Auto Bed Leveling. The fan box was moving to the first grid but the BLtouch refused to extend the rod to the bed and the operation failed. Therefore, I opened Pronterface software and commanded M280 P0 S10 (pin is extended) & M280 P0 S90 (pin is retracted) but it didn't function or react. Here are the files from Marlin folder: Configuration.h.txt(formated with .txt). I also edited the file configuration.h based on 'Changes for Trigorilla 1.1' topic but the line number does not exceed 1157, them how come I am able to find 1964 line?
