Review handling of:

[x] Hippo on Archer and viceversa (both use the Hippo ability on the Archer)
[x] Moon Well on ally and viceversa
[x] Peon on Burrow, ignore Repair unless its full
[x] Pit on Acolyte, Acolyte on Pit (both ignore repair unless the sacrifice is in progress)
[x] Entangled Gold mine on Wisp
[ ] Tree of Ages/Life/Eternity on Gold Mine
