Water Tower is to have Ice tower behavior. Animation should be morphling's wave or tidehunter gush.
Ice Tower (same model) is to have IO's spirit's exact behavior and control except:
spirits model is to be replaced by tusk's frozen sigil.
lvl1/2/3 : 3/4/5 spirits, x/y/z dmg. if the sigil hits a unit $n times it'll receive a a/b/c second frostbite. (im still quite unsure here what ideal mechanics to use, but it'll be along these lines)
With this, hopefully we'll have the first variable range tower with completely different mechanics.
