Access to Launch Sites info #178

KSP 1.4.x added launch site selection in the expansion, but the stock KSP contains the data on the sites. See if I can query it and add access to that info to MAS.

Upon review ... stock KSP does not show anything in the launch sites database, so this feature would be limited to the expansion, only. So, I won't be implementing it.

However, even stock KSP shows the space center on the map view, so there's something there that I can detect (at the very least, to add KSC to the custom waypoints database).
