fc.ClearManeuverNode() leaves maneuver lines in map view. #230

When fc.ClearManeuverNode() is called by MAS_pb_ClearNode, the maneuver is deleted but the maneuver lines are still present in the map view. See below for an example of this behavior. Here is an example of this.

The phantom maneuver lines can be cleared by creating a new maneuver node.
