Resource Harvester bootstrap code #309

Added some bit and pieces to get you started for having resource harvester displays in the cockpit. I realised too late that you don't actually have bool return values and everything is a double (1.0 : 0.0).

This I why I've called this a 'bootstrap' as you'll probably just use this for reference.

Very cool, and many thanks. Yeah, I'll want to tweak the interface in the proxy class, but that's an easy thing to do, since you've already done the heavy lifting. :)

The release might be a ways off still, since I really want to get the ASET prop conversions done.
