Master list of bugs in DistantObject with KSP 1.0:

1) Name mouseover doesn't work. 2) Multiple instances of the toolbar object.

3) Null exception in DistanceObject.Awake (may be root cause of 2) 4) A few variables have disappeared in CelestialBody (related to atmosphere changes).
