Update names, main branch and SDK #28

Hi,

This is a big change for Optitrack driver:

  1. Rename main branch to `rolling"
  2. Adapt to the last changes in names in the MOCAP4ROS2 Project, that rename packages and messages from mocap to mocap4r2
  3. Include the library in the package instead of executing a script to download it. This will help when packaging.
