Remove unnecesary and problematic "/root/PPPwn_WRT-main" and replaced it with "./"

We need the full path when launching from LuCi. Since the custom commands package starts from another directory. If we remove the full path from the run.sh script it will fail to launch from LuCi: https://i.imgur.com/q4oP649.png https://i.imgur.com/Qt5kQUZ.png
