Where to write CLN budget terms #27

Need to finalize and describe where CLN budget terms are written. Do they go to the CLN budget file or do they go to the individual package budget files? Or do we do it differently depending on whether or not the model is structured or unstructured?

Yes. Currently, Storage, CBC flow, and Constant head are written to the respective domains (GW or CLN) CBC files while all other BCs have their own BC file which then includes BCs on both CLNs and GWs. Same for compact budget output option (storage and CBC flow are not "compacted").

I have added CLN budget terms for WEL, FHB, GHB, RIV, SFR, STR, and DRN into the respective boundary outputs (as is done for GWF cells). The CBC flows and storages are in separate files for the GWF and CLN domains. These are separate from the boundary files as per MODFLOW GWF convention. If someone wants it all in one place they can make it all unit 50. Can close this if you are satisfied...
