.mvmf6 file fails to load when not in the same directory as .nam file #53

See issue-51:

When loading issue-51.mvmf6 with the following layout and contents:

        ...
        greenport1.bhd
        greenport1.cbc
        ...
        greenport1.dis.grb
        ...
        greenport1.oc
        ...

issue-51.mvmf6:

Application name = Model Viewer
Version = MF6
Title = 
Model name = Modflow 6
File code count = 1
File code 1 = .\r1\greenport1.nam
Data type count = 1
...

Yields the following message:

"Error: Unable to open the oc file."
