After MODFLOW & More 2017, Eric Chiang with Simcore Software (PMWIN software) offered the edits contained in the attached document.

Commit e180cc2 addresses nearly all (except 1) of Eric Chiang's suggested edits. The only one that it doesn't will be submitted as a separate issue.
