Trout Lake MT3D-USGS model producing anomalous temperatures with TVD turned on #29

In cell 1, 211, 149, temperature does the following:

@vivekbedekar , Checking the TVD alternations with the Keating UZF model prior to rechecking the erroneous cell in the Trout Lake model. Based on the result shown in the attachment, not quite there yet

Code changes with commit 7e75f9b seem to have fixed the issue. Eric ran tests on the Trout Lake model and Keating problem to verify and TVD and FD comparison is as expected.

Look in sheet "FD" for plots, may need to scroll to the right on the top row to view them. Shows the comparison.
