Negative FLOW values in headwater reaches crashing x-sectional area calc #32

When LMT writes the linker file, it calculates the cross-sectional area of the flow. When the user specifies a negative value for FLOW (a direct withdraw from the channel), it was crashing MF-NWT.

fixed with commit 4796594 on the 'develop' branch of MF-NWT
