LKT documentation needs a fix #34

@vivekbedekar as a placeholder so we don't forget this, creating an issue for Daniel's email that stated:

"in a multi-component simulation, is the LKT initial concentration specified for each component? or only for the first? The I/O documentation shows multiple arrays for SFT by component, but not LKT as far as I can tell."

Added a line in the documentation for LKT indicating that initial concentration in LKT is needed for each species.
