gwt example problem creates fort.81 #4

Do we want to have it write a file instead? Suggest we add something like the following to the name file

DATA              81          .\gwt\gwt.lak.out

This issue fixed with commit 3231b1c670b577500c3c39f5a6ac31e75109ca82
