Using FMI2 branch to add this feature

With this build on Travis, it looks like the current set of MF6 test problems are passing and MT3D-USGS with MF6 support is ready for public consumption. Will merge 'FMI2' branch into 'develop' after cleaning up some of the other outstanding issues on develop
