Code should stop when UZT, LKT, or SFT package is used with FT6 linker input #72

As of version 1.1.0, the code should stop if a user tries to use the UZT, LKT, or SFT packages with MODFLOW 6-generated flow fields (file type 'FT6' in name file). Currently, these packages are only supported as boundary conditions, meaning any contribution (or loss) of mass among the aquifer and these boundaries is handled through SSM.
