supplemental files in the .cmp folder #8

added MT3D001S.ucn to UZT_NonEq .cmp directory and the nosetests fails. With this file removed, nosetests passes.

"It looks like auto test will automatically compare all species and aqueous and sorbet concentrations automatically. It is doing it in your tes003 right now. Comparing another file will be a little more complicated, and maybe not necessary. It all these concentrations compare, it seems unlikely that the SFR concentrations would not match."

Comments were added to the auto-testing code to help make clear what was doing what. See commit 7567644
