Why is the code obfuscated? #14

Hi ! Thanks for the work on this project.

I noticed some parts of the code are obfuscated, making it impossible to work on.

I’m curious:

1.  What’s the reason for the obfuscation? Is it for security, or is there another reason behind it?
2.  Is there a readable version available? If we could get access to a version that’s easier to read, it’d really help with contributing.
3.  Any plans to change this?

Use node version 18 or 18+
