Refactoring

• [x] separate api tokens, keys, pw from config.py
• [x] rename config.py to config_reporter.py
• [x] update examples accordingly
• [x] move config files to "conf" folder
• [x] move collectors of news, weather and pic to 'collector' folder
• [x] move log to 'log' folder
