Event Overview Form Creation

These are general thoughts on what to include in an event form.

• [x] Plot checklist similar to current checklist (IUChecklist.pdf Include a dropdown to indicate on which device each survey was collected.
• [ ] A location to track transect marker changes/needs. Similar to what we used for IU this year. rpt_PlotRevisit_2022.pdf
• [x] A field for event specific notes
• [x] A plot overview narrative.

@HarpoMark @wright13 Event Form Update -Can we change 'recorder' to 'crew lead' and 'observers' to 'crew members'. It could just be on the form and it's actually recorder and observers in the table. -Can you add a protocol version 3.0 (2023) -I would split shrub and seedling density across all three transects. -Sapling density for transect 2 -Overstory tree density for plot wide -Add Species Inventory/Invasive Assessment to plot wide -Can you add my work cell to the device Lu -I would move "Who completed the in-field survey review" closer to the bottom of the form, just above office review -Change invasive frequency to just frequency

Addressed all of these comments

For data collection device the thing that is actually getting stored is the serial number. Even so, we should decide whether we should assign a "friendly" name to devices that are assigned to individuals.
