Changes:

• [x] Create schemas to match other MOJN db's (data, lookup, ref, etc)
• [x] Remove 6 letter codes and use USDA codes as pk. Change Accepted Code and Reporting Code to USDA Plants. Omit Taxon_Code for now. Get rid of endangered status columns for now.
• [x] Remove SODN_Plants_NPSpeciesList and figure out how/if we want to handle NPSpecies stuff
• [x] Get rid of park preferred names
• [x] Change target exotics table - VegCode, ParkCode, AddDate, RemoveDate.
• [x] Plants_Units xref - VegCode, ParkCode, ParkProtectedStatus. Also keep NPSpeciesID - won't populate now, but may be useful in future
• [x] Keep Plants_Data_Edits but change Life_Form and Duration to checkboxes and add general Change_Notes field, Change_Date, Change_Contact
• [x] Add column to Plants table to indicate Plant/Soil Surface/Functional Group/etc.

• What is mtbl_Plants_FederalStatusNotInPark? It is currently empty. Can we ditch it?
• Q: How does the NPSpeciesList table work? A: No idea, get rid of it

Note: we will not store by-park sort order in the db - we can generate this when we export to csv for S123 lookups

Just added RecordType column to Plants table along with corresponding lookup to indicate whether record is a plant, a soil surface, etc. I took a first stab at populating the lookup but @ElectricGr you'll likely want to add things and change the descriptions to be more...descriptive.

• [ ] The database has primary and secondary lifeform. How do we want to represent species with multiple lifeforms in lookup tables? Comma delimited single field for lifeform?

They're more or less the same, but I prefer lifeform. We should use the primary lifeform for populating lookup lists.
