Update Kotlin to 1.8.0.
Update dependencies to latest versions.
Move replicator lifecycle extension to android-ktx. Fixes #8.
Ensure asKtxFlow() throws errors. asQueryFlow() does, but queryChangeFlow() does not.
Fix sample app build.
