TEX file export (improved) #12

What did we need to improve about this? export_VPSC appears to work just fine.

I think my initial issue with it was that when exporting from an ODF, it didn't seem to allow you to control the number of points in the TEX file. I'm looking at the code that allows that to be changed, though, and git says it's not anything new, so IDK. I'll close it for now and re-open if I find an actual need to update it substantially when I'm integrating the snippets into the toolbox at large.
