[BUG] Unable to control Sentient Eddie #42

Reproduction:

Be a ghost Allow any player to give Eddie sentience and accept the request to assume control. Obtain control of Eddie you will be able to talk, but be unable to move or interact with the environment

I've been looking for the problem in the code but I think it may be hidden somewhere because sometimes when I assume direct control of Eddie he has all his movement options but other times he doesn't.

Also, you made sure Eddie wasn't resting right? When he rests (lays down) he can't move until you un-rest with the verb in the "IC" tab.
