iOS Content Arrow Issue #201

In the iOS version, the expanding arrow key on the consent page for each observation does not function as expected, preventing the full text from being displayed.

The problem with the expand button exists in the "participant information" section. When the content exceeds 4 lines, clicking the "Read More" button does not dispaly additional content!

This issue is solved by #229
