Persistent Observation Details Page Across Tabs #224

Upon tapping a time-passed/completed observation in the notification tab, user is redirected to the observation details page. This details page persists across all tabs, requiring user to press the back button on each tab to close the details page. This issue is observed on iPhones. This issue is solved by PR #234
