Displaying the daily observations twice!

The dashboard displays the daily observations twice! We duplicate a study, could this be the reason?

I followed these steps to be sure the issue would recur:

1. Installed the most recent version of the iOS app (3.0.9) from the Apple Store.
2. Enrolled in a study with two Lime surveys and two simple questionnaires.
3. Every observation in the app is showing up twice.

It's crucial to remember that recreating this issue might be difficult at times, and it doesn't always happen. But a master's student who was doing research has also mentioned running into this issue.

This issue has appeared in a running study after a pause and resume of the study. It has been occurred on iOS platform for a participant who has already logged in. The researcher prolonged the period during which participants could respond to lime surveys, and then, as you can see in the screenshots, all lime surveys appeared twice. ("Nachricht MITTAG App Phase" has appeared twice with the duration before and after prolong!)

Here is comment from the study conductor:

it’s only that on all upcoming interventions (even those which I have not changed) are displayed twice (see screenshots attached). I checked this on an Android system with one of the participants – this is not the case with an Android system.

Yes correct – I was logged in as a participant at the time, when I made the changes – meaning, I got the message that my study is paused and then activated again.

Apparently, displaying observations twice disappears when you close and reopen the iOS app. The behaviour is observed for the participants who are already logged in to the app.

Regarding a feedback from another participant closing and reopening the app did not resolve the issue!
