We need to improve usability, at least by saving the latest valid endpoint URL after a successful login Discuss the following possibilities:

Externalized the default endpoint as a configuration variable.
Including the endpoint in the participant token.
- How far does this make tokens more complex?
Merge in a splash screen with mandatory explicit acceptance (via checkmark) of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

This is an enhancement issue for #144.
